Exchanges & returns
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You can exchange any full-price item within 7 days of delivery.
How to exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at with your order number and the size or colour you'd like.
- We'll confirm the new piece is in stock and arrange collection.
- Your new piece is dispatched as soon as we receive the original.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
- Sale items can be exchanged for size only.
- Scarves and accessories can be exchanged only if unused and in their original packaging.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
